- No Providers that worked at this site or affiliated site that is within 75 miles of this site
- New Candidates that have never worked for Envision must live outside the 75 mile radius of this site

Seeking Experienced Anesthesiologist in *Gainesville, FL!!!
Providers need to have 2 years recent on the job experience!!
Credentialing Time Frame: 90 days
Cross-Credentialed: North Florida Surgical Pavilion (F806)
Shifts: Monday - Friday either five 8 or or four 10 hour shifts. Approx 7a- 3pm 7a- 5pm; Weekends and call optional
Job Responsibilities
Avg # of monthly cases: 1,800
Avg monthly OB Delivery: 325
EMR: Meditech
Care Team Model: 25 CRNA; 19 MD
Qualifications
Must have FL license
Must be Board Certified
Must have clean file and background
Must not have any prior malpractice history or background issues
NPDB self-query (please notify your clinician of this need he/she must agree and send to us directly).
