About this role:

As a Thrombosis Physician you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will join a collaborative group of providers in Murray, UT who provide consultative care for patients with Thrombosis, as well as clinical research and education in the domain.

  • The Thrombosis services is based at the Edwards Internal Medicine clinic on the Intermountain Medical Center campus.
  • Our ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of direct internal medicine experience as well as a healthy interest in thrombosis research and patient care.
  • Our Edwards IM clinic is a premier teaching location hosting trainees from our own transitional year program at Intermountain Health, University of Utah Internal Medicine residents, and medical students. As such, a passion and demonstrated ability in teaching our learners will be critical in this role.
  • This position includes a $15,000 sign-on bonus, up to $20,000 in relocation assistance, training stipend and student loan repayment when applicable.

What you’ll bring:

  • MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
  • U.S. ACGME Residency training in Internal Medicine
  • Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine
  • Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
  • Current Basic Life Support certification
  • Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
  • We are not able to accept candidates requiring Visa sponsorship at this time

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
