CRNA Locums Job in Washington | Scheduled Clinical Hours Only | Starting May 2025 and Ongoing

Coverage Needs:
» Option 1: full time, any combination of 4, 10-hour shifts, 5, 10-hour shifts, or 3,12-hour shifts each week
» Option 2: 12-hour night shift schedule, 3-5 nights per week at CRNA's discretion

Assignment Details/Requirements #107024:
» Active Washington license required or IMLC
» Board Certification required. ACLS certified
» Medically supervised, care team model
» Case mix includes: ENT, general surgery, GI Endoscopy, GYN, podiatry, OB, orthopedics, (healthy) pediatric cases, robotic procedures, urology and vascular (no CT or Neuro)
» CRNAs support 7 ORs in the main Surgery department
» Facility Details: EMR: EPIC, Trauma Level 3, PEDs Level 3, 4 ORs at the adjacent Surgery Center; 2 GI treatment rooms; 1 bronchoscopy room, and 1 Cath lab
» Credentialing Timeframe: 75-90 days
