Locum Cardiac Anesthesiologists needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near Palmona Park, FL. FL licensed preferred.
- Shift: 8 hr days; 40 hours/wk.
- CARDIAC doc.
- Call: They take call every 4 days currently and it is 24 hr call. You do scheduled heart cases during the day and go home when Cardiothoracic cases are done but you’re on beeper call for Cardiothoracic cases overnight. So the options are you can be scheduled for 5x8 regular shifts or you can do 3-4x8 + one day of beeper call.
- Types of cases: CV and adult general; CABG, Valves, minimally invasive, robots, interventional cardiology.
- Supervision, generally 1:1 or 1:2 for cardiac cases.
- EMR: Epic.
- REQUIRED: Advanced TEE or testamur status and Adult CV Anesthesia board certified.
- Will cross credential at 5 sites.
- Credentialing timeframe: 60 days.
- $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
