Facility in Muskegon, MI seeking Anesthesiology locums coverage

Rates: $400/hr

Overview

This facility is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible anesthesiologist to join their team. The role involves providing high-quality anesthesia services in a Level 2 trauma center with a busy OR schedule.

Key Details

  • Schedule:

    • Days: Monday–Friday.

    • Hours: 6:30 AM–5:00 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch).

  • Patient Demographics:

    • All ages, including healthy pediatric patients.

    • Diverse patient population.

  • Volume:

    • Average Surgical Cases Per Day: 80–100.

  • Facility Details:

    • 20 Operating Rooms.

    • Trauma Level 2.

  • EMR: Epic.

  • Credentialing Timeframe: 30–60 days.

Requirements

  • Board Certification/Eligibility:

    • Board certified (preferred).

    • Board eligible if within 5 years of residency and boards are scheduled.

  • Certifications:

    • BLS, ACLS, and PALS (all required).

  • Licensure:

    • Michigan license or IMLC (required).

  • Additional Requirements:

    • COVID vaccination

    • Clean background with no or minimal malpractice.

    • Must be able to start ASAP.

    • Local providers preferred
