Locums Adult Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology Opening in Las Cruces, NM Assignment Dates: ASAP - Ongoing Rate: Negotiable (tell us your rate)
- Type: Scheduled Clinic Hours + Call
- Must be willing to take call and share it equally with all staff
- Prefer candidates willing to cover at least three weeks per month
- Inpatient
- Patients per shift: 10
- Beds in Department: 2 OR
- Types of Surgery: cardiac, complex ortho, complex vascular, head spine, regional
- Required Skillset: general anesthesia (adult), spinal, epidural, regional, neurosurgical (spine), open heart, Thoracic cases (except open heart), Complex vascular cases (except open heart), Complex orthopedic cases, Pain management techniques, Post-op epidural, Post-op extremity blocks, Ventilation management, Evaluation and management of acute volume/BP issues, Central Line placement, Arterial Line placement, PA Catheter placement, CRNA supervision
- No admissions
- Support Staff: 20 RNs, 4 Office Staff
- APP Supervision required Requirements:
- Licensed in New Mexico (no IMLC)
- Clean history
- ACLS and PALS certifications (AHA or American Red Cross) Call Details:
