--Active Texas license + NBCRNA required
--4x10s or 5x8s with optional night & weekend (on-call only on weekends) call
--MD + CRNA practice; supervision model
--Case mix includes general surgery, ortho, GI, uro, plastics. No cardiac, OB, pedi, or neuro
--EMR Epic
