7 - 5pm, 4 days a week and sometimes it will be 7 - 3pm, 5 days a week
40 hour per week with potential/unlikely overtime
CRNA 4:1
Medically directed
Average Number of Shifts Per Month/ Shift Times: 8 hour shifts Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week
Coverage Needed: Minimum of 3 months
Acuity of patients:
ASA 1-4E. Mostly ASA 2,3
No Trauma services provided
Number of OR’s: 10 OR, 2 GI Labs, 3 cath labs, 2 L&D surgical Suites, IR/MRI/CT
Number of ORs are running daily: Typically 14 sites including ancillary
Support staff/MDs on site: 12-15 CRNA’s, 3-4 MDA’s
No Call
Patients Per Shift: 5 – 15
EMR: Epic
Board Certified/Board Eligible – Required
Active MO License – Required
ACLS, BLS – Required
NM Controlled Substance License and NM DEA are required
