Qualifications:
- Board certified/eligible in anesthesia.
- Experience in leadership or supervisory roles
Practice in the Heart of the Community
Scheduling:
- This is a full-time opportunity.
- 39 weeks a year with flexible scheduling options
- 1:3 call
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and administrative oversight for the Anesthesiology team.
- Ensure compliance with departmental policies, procedures, and accreditation standards.
- Manage patients, general, OB/GYN, Urology, bariatrics, GI/Endo, Ortho, Podiatry, ENT, healthy ENT peds. Neuro spine. No head, no hearts
- Manage department scheduling, ensuring optimal staff coverage for surgical and non-surgical anesthesia.

- Compensation: salary ranges from $465,909 (W-2) to 512,500 (1099) plus Chief Stipend
