Schedule

• Scheduled + On Call optional
• There will be 10 call shifts up for grabs between M-F, split between 25 docs per week
• Call schedules when on call: 1 x Cardiac 1500-0700, general 1500-0700
• Available schedules:
  • Monday - Friday: 06:30-17:30 (4 10s)
  • Monday - Friday: 06:30-15:30 (5 8s)

Clinical Details

• Acute Care Hospital
• 13 ORs, 5 Endo suites, 2 ASC
• 1,200 cases a month
• All types of general cases/bread and butter; very limited heads and hearts
• Do about 700 trauma cases per year, all major trauma goes to another facility
  • Majority trauma is blunt force and agricultural accidents
• No infancy/very young peds cases
  • Majority of peds cases are tubes and tonsils
  • Busy ENT practice, older “peds” might be a middle or high school kid needing an orthopedic surgery or their appendix taken out

Requirements

• Active IA License or IMLC
• 2 year experience required

Call

• Some must be available to take occasional call (weekend and overnights)
• Less than half of the providers scheduled in a week will get call for that week
