The Guthrie Clinic seeks a confident, visionary leader to serve as Program Director for its ACGME-accredited Anesthesia Residency Program in the Twin Tiers of Northern Pennsylvania and Southern New York.

Job Responsibilities
• American Society of Anesthesiologists Board Certified
• Scholarly activity in the form of publications, presentations, or curriculum development
• Prior experience as a Program Director or Associate Director is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years Clinical Practice post-residency/fellowship
• Minimum of 3 years as an active faculty member in an academic practice
• Eligibility for unrestricted PA and NY state licensure
• Possess strong administrative and team-building skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications
• Salary Range: 575K to 600K starting salary plus bonus
• 25K starting bonus with a 25K retention bonus each year for the following three years
• 15K quality/citizenship bonus annually
• Six-weeks vacation
• Five personal days per year
