Need to onboard two locum providers who can cover at least a week per month (2 weeks preferred).

Mon-Fri:

7am - 4pm: Hourly

4pm - 7am: Night Call

Sat / Sun:

7a-7a: 24 Hour Call shifts

Provider will be working in the OR during the day but will still be responsible for surgeries. Once they have completed surgeries or if a surgery is cancelled, they will go offsite and take call (must be 30 mins response time)

Hospital has four (4) operating room suites, an endoscopy lab, and a minor procedure room. The 5,500 surgical procedures performed annually are derived from orthopedics, general surgery, ENT, pain management, OB/GYN, podiatry, urology, and gastroenterology
