Opportunity
Kaweah Health’s Department of Anesthesia seeks an exceptional Regional Pain Anesthesiologist to join our innovative care team, performing over 1,700 regional procedures annually. You will work with a collaborative group of 10+ Anesthesiologists, 30+ CRNAs, and our ACGME‐accredited Anesthesiology Residency Program with over 16 residents.

Responsibilities
- Lead and advance Regional Pain Anesthesia services
- Supervise and mentor residents, ensuring a robust educational experience
- Provide anesthesia coverage in:
- General, Orthopedic, Vascular, Trauma, and other surgeries
- Labor and Delivery
- Work Schedule:
- 10‐hour shifts on non‐call days
- One 24‐hour call (out of house) per week with a post‐call day off
- Non‐clinical days for core faculty responsibilities
Requirements
- Board Certified/Eligible for Anesthesia
- Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
- Active California medical license
- Strong interest in teaching and residency education
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Rate
- $280/hour
- Up to $290/hour (weekend/holiday stipends)
- Estimated Annual Compensation $690k (55 hours/Week, 6 weeks of vacation)
