Qualifications:

• Board certified/eligible in anesthesia.
• Experience in leadership or supervisory roles.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Practice in the Heart of the Community

Flexible Scheduling:

• We offer various flexible scheduling options, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
• Physicians will split a mixture of 8, 10, and 12 hour shifts mainly Monday – Friday schedule with one weekend per month.
• No call.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical leadership and administrative oversight for Anesthesiology team.
• Ensure compliance with departmental policies, procedures, and accreditation standards.
• Develop and implement protocols to maintain best practices in anesthesia care.
• Manage level II trauma patients, OB/GYN, pediatrics, neuro, orthopedic, and general.
• Manage department scheduling, ensuring optimal staff coverage for surgical and non-surgical anesthesia services.
• Stay current on advancements in anesthesia practices and lead continuing education efforts for the team.
