We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated General Anesthesiologist to join our team in Pennsylvania. This position is ideal for a board-certified or board-eligible provider who is comfortable with a variety of cases, including general, cardiac, OB, and pediatrics. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment with an exceptional team of professionals.
Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with a team of 9 MDs and CRNAs to deliver high-quality care.
Participate in day shifts and take call shifts as part of the regular schedule.
Perform basic orthopedic blocks and other hands-on procedures as needed.
Maintain accurate documentation using Cerner EMR system.
Ensure patient safety and satisfaction by adhering to best practices and protocols.
Qualifications
Active Pennsylvania medical license preferred; candidates willing to obtain licensure are welcome.
DEA license required.
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in anesthesiology preferred.
Must submit NPDB self-query at the time of presentation.
Working Hours
Day shifts: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM start time, 9-hour shifts.
In-house call shifts available:
Weekdays: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM.
Weekends: 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM (24 hours) or split into 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
Skills
Comfort with cardiac, OB, pediatric, and general cases.
Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and variable workload.
