We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated General Anesthesiologist to join our team in Pennsylvania. This position is ideal for a board-certified or board-eligible provider who is comfortable with a variety of cases, including general, cardiac, OB, and pediatrics. Job Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia care for diverse cases, including general surgery, cardiac, obstetrics, and pediatrics.
Collaborate with a team of 9 MDs and CRNAs to deliver high-quality care.
Participate in day shifts and take call shifts as part of the regular schedule.
Perform basic orthopedic blocks and other hands-on procedures as needed.
Maintain accurate documentation using Cerner EMR system.
Ensure patient safety and satisfaction by adhering to best practices and protocols.

Qualifications

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology (within 3 years of residency).
Active Pennsylvania medical license preferred; candidates willing to obtain licensure are welcome.
DEA license required.
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in anesthesiology preferred.
Must submit NPDB self-query at the time of presentation.

Working Hours

Full-time position with approximately 40 hours per week.
Day shifts: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM start time, 9-hour shifts.
In-house call shifts available:
Weekdays: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM.
Weekends: 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM (24 hours) or split into 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM).

Proficiency in managing a variety of anesthesia cases, including high-acuity scenarios.
Comfort with cardiac, OB, pediatric, and general cases.
Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and variable workload.
