- Diverse caseload: Inpatient/outpatient surgery, GI endoscopy, electrophysiology, OB, pulmonary, radiology, and surgical oncology.
- Call Structure: - General call frequency: 1:16 (in-house) with post-call day off. - Beeper and weekend call: 1:16. - Flexible FTE options available (0.5, 0.75, or 0.8).
- Group size: 25+ physicians, 65+ CRNAs.
- Practice mix: 15% solo cases, 85% medical direction (no medical supervision).
