Requirements:

• Epilepsy Board Certified or trained – REQUIRED – no exceptions
• Provide exact availability for dates listed in job – REQUIRED (credentialing is 120 days)
• Covid Vaccinated – REQUIRED
• OH License – REQUIRED no exceptions (not accepting IMLC)
• BLS- REQUIRED
• Clean background no malpractice – REQUIRED for all MC needs no exceptions
