Facility Medical Director- Pediatric Anesthesia

Position Highlights:

• Desirable Practice Setting: Lead anesthesia services at a well-established Level 1 Trauma Center with high-risk OB and complex pediatric cases

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation: Total earning potential $636,667 annually
• Additional Bonus Incentives: $25,000 Annual Metric Bonus, $50,000 Pediatric Stipend and $50,000 Facility Medical Directorship Stipend
• Sign-On Bonus: $125,000 paid over 3 years. Annual retention bonus of $41,667 starts when sign-on bonus expires
• Vacation: 10 weeks
• Malpractice Coverage: Provided with tail
• Retirement: Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan (SERP)

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role required with an understanding of the value of having influence with the team and building political capital necessary to impact change
• Board Certification: Anesthesiology Board Certification is Required as well as Pediatric Fellowship Training
