Details of Assignment:
--Monday through Friday, 7am-3:30pm
--Call on nights and weekends for primary and backup beeper call is 1:5
--No supervision
--4 ORs plus an additional OB OR for C-sections and additional cases in the cath lab. CRNAs do spinals and epidurals for OB. No Trauma, they do have TEEs, Cardioversions and Pacemakers, some peds here as well
--Credentialing take about 45-60 days once application is submitted
--Active Ohio License
--NBCRNA
