We are hiring Anesthesiology Physician for an ongoing locum assignment in Iowa!

Job details:

• Start: ASAP
• Coverage Type: On Call
• On Call ratio: 1:5
• Shift Type: 24Hours
• Shift: Mon-Fri 6a - 3p with occasionally weekday call from 3p - 6a. Hours may vary depending on needs
• Setting: Hospital
• EMR: Cerner PowerChart
• Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: 13
• 100% supervision of experienced CRNA's, they work together with Anesthesiologists and Anesthesiologists do oversee
• Number of Anesthesiologists: 5 when fully staffed
• No expectation of Anesthesia Chart preparation
• Patient Age Demographic: Mostly adult/geriatric. No complicated adolescent or child procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Board Certified
• Licensing: Open to all candidates
• Able to do a cardiac case on their own without a CRNA
• Must have strong Cardiac Experience
• Must be willing and able to perform heart cases
• COVID Vaccinated
  

What the Client has to offer:

• Regular hourly rate: $350 for W2 and $400 for 1099
• 24hr call rate: $2,450 for W2 and $2,750 for 1099
• Night call rate: $645 for W2 and $675 for 1099
• Callback rate: $445 for W2 and $475 for 1099
• Client reimburses for all travel expenses: Flight, Hotel, Rental Car, Mileage at IRS Standard Rate
• Licensure reimbursement
• Certification reimbursement
• Full benefits – Health, Dental, Vision and 401K for W2 employees only
• Referral bonuses of $3,000
