We are hiring a perm Anesthesiologist to join a growing team in west Michigan!
Job Details- Medical direction over CRNAs. However, there is still opportunity to personally perform anesthesia.
- Case types: General and complex range of cases, including orthopedic (elective + trauma), gynecology, ENT, complex vascular, neurosurgery, interventional cardiology including EP and structural heat, and full scope cardiothoracic cases.
- Techniques: Peripheral nerve blocks and advanced regional techniques to reach enhanced recovery goals with our surgical colleagues. Candidates are expected to be proficient or will be trained to perform many of the basic peripheral nerve blocks (e.g. popliteal, saphenous, adductor canal, erector spinae, TAP, brachial plexus blocks etc).
- 1.0 FTE is roughly 2200 hours annually (including all types of call) and is made up of day, evening, overnight, etc. The group shares/rotates holidays/weekends in a manner that creates individual hourly and compensation flexibility.

Job Requirements:
- Board Certification or Board Eligible (will become Board Certified within 2 years) in Anesthesiology
- MI License (or willing to obtain)
- DEA Verbal Confirmation (or willing to obtain)
- ACLS & BLS (or willing to obtain)
