  • Rate: $300-$320 per hour (Overtime applied after 40 hours/week)

Job Responsibilities

Oversee and supervise a ratio of 3-4 CRNAs per attending Anesthesiologist, ensuring optimal patient care and team collaboration.
Conduct pre-op and post-op interviews with patients, providing necessary support throughout their surgical journey.
Be present for inductions and other critical points, assisting CRNAs and providing guidance as needed.
Coordinate with a team of CRNAs, checking in regularly to provide clinical assistance and ensure smooth procedures.
Work in both outpatient and inpatient surgical settings, providing anesthesia services for a diverse array of cases within 28 state-of-the-art operating rooms.

Qualifications

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology.
Significant experience with high-acuity and high-volume surgical programs.
Able to commit to a full-time schedule with availability for 20 shifts per month.
Proficiency in using Epic EMR.
