• Join an established team of 3 physicians and 17 CNMs in a 280-bed community hospital (employed by the School of Medicine) with annual surgical volumes of 8,700+ cases.
• Wide variety of cases with 95% medical supervision in a 1:4 care team model.
• Surgical specialties include ORS, ENT, GYN, C-Sections, Cardiology (no open hearts), Podiatry, Urology, Endoscopy, Cataracts, Pediatric Dental, General Surgery, Neurosurgery (mostly backs).
• Monday-Friday work schedule (times vary) with protected time off pre/post call during the week. 10-weekend call shifts annually (extra pay for call).
• Non-tenured Faculty position. Epic EMR for a seamless workflow.
• Financial package includes annual base salary plus production and quality incentives. Full HR benefits, paid malpractice including tail, 40 days PTO, annual CME allowance and more.
