Facility: AdventHealth Palm Coast
Cross Credentialing: AdventHealth Palm Coast Parkway, AdventHealth Towne Center ASC
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
Length of Assignment: 6+ months
Shift Length: Flexible with 8-12 hour shifts
Call Requirement: Weeknight and weekend call coverage (12 & 24-hour beeper call)
Types of Cases: General, Orthopedic, Gastrointestinal, Urology, with a minimum requirement for Vascular & Thoracic experience
EMR System: EPIC
CRNAs Supervised: Medically directed
Physician to CRNA Ratio: 1:4
Intake Notes: Heavy call back volume expected between 7 PM and approximately 10:30 PM on weeknights
Availability: Open to full-time or PRN candidates
Pay Rate: High rates + travel
