Looking to hire 1 more MD/DO to reach full staffing for our team of 6 physicians and 10 Crna's private single specialty group practice. We have a care team model utilizing supervision not medical direction, so physicians are able to do their own cases. Since 2012, facility has been caring for patients and had the exclusive contract at Medical Center in Normal, IL.

Professionally, enjoy a private practice setting with diverse case types providing anesthesia for everything your training has prepared you for; from healthy peds (typically 1-2 y/o+), OB, cardiothoracic program for basic open heart program including on pump cases for valve replacement and cabg, thoracotomy, endovascular AAA repair, carotid endarterectomy, EP ablation, etc. cardiothoracic fellowship or TEE certification is not required, just competency and proficiency (if one has not done a certain case type for a few years such as healthy peds or cardiac or OB, we are willing to re-orient for comfort and safety).
Strong ultrasound regional skills is a must for our busy Ortho program.

- Total compensation package over $600k
- W2 salary first year $500,000 plus benefits
