Cardiac Anesthesiology Opportunity in Springfield, MO Full Time Permanent Position Employed Opportunity Seeking BC/BE Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join practice in Springfield, Missouri Overview: - Anesthesia group is established and growing and will welcome you immediately with no partnership track or buy-in. - 877-bed tertiary hospital and Level I trauma center with 24 main ORs. - Expanding heart hospital with 4 CV/Hybrid ORs and multiple Cath/EP labs. - Diverse set of cases: OB, orthopedics, eye, trauma, pain, pediatrics, etc. Qualified physicians eligible for cardiac team. - 48-bed freestanding, dedicated orthopedics hospital with 10 ORs. - Ambulatory surgery center with 8 ORs. - Eye surgery center with 4 ORs. - 4 C-Section rooms for OB. - 22 anesthesiology physicians and 80 CRNA/AAs. - 600+ integrated physicians across all medical specialties. - Catchment area of over 2M lives. - System-wide EPIC EMR for 15+ years. - Hospital-employed, equal partner from day one. - Medical management model for anesthesia dedicated cardiac CRNAs for Heart Hospital. - Cardiothoracic Fellowship trained (or similar work experience) with TEE certification are eligible for an additional stipend to support active and growing heart hospital volume (500+ annual heart surgical cases, hundreds of ablations and devices, ECMO, LVAD, 200+ annual TAVR cases, etc.). - Full spectrum of heart services (other than transplant) including ECMO, TAVRs, LVAD, convergent, and more. - Great work/life balance with extensive vacation and time off. - Rated in the top 5% nationally for overall clinical excellence by Healthgrades. - Forbes Americas Best Employers two years in a row. - Competitive compensation with guaranteed salary, production, quality, and recruitment incentives. - Comprehensive benefits package for the entire family. - Occurrence-based liability insurance.
