Clinical Role:

- Clinic and Call Coverage
- The physician must be willing to be credentialed at and work at all 4 locations
- Must be willing share weeknight and weekend call
- Any physician that provides at least 40 clinical hours per week plus at least one night of call during the month of November will receive a $500 completion bonus
- Call coverage is required at 3 facilities
- Cases covered at each Facility:
- Facility #1 - 50% Endoscopy; General Surgery; Orthopedics; GYN robotics; Urology
- Facility #2 - Endoscopy; General Surgery; Orthopedics; GYN robotics; Urology; Podiatry
- Facility #3 - General Surgery, Orthopedics, Endo, GYN/Podiatry
- Facility #4 - Endoscopy; General Surgery; Orthopedics; GYN robotics; Urology; Podiatry; Pulm/Bronc Lab; Gastro; OB:Cardiac/Thoracic/Structural heart
- Prefer candidates willing to cover at least three weeks per month
- 25 Patients Per Shift
- 4 ORs
- Phone Consults: 1
- Call Ratio: 1:5
- 30 Minute call response time required
- Board Certified/Board Eligible
- Active AZ License Required
- ACLS, BLS Required
- EMR: Cerner
