- Cases: Endoscopy, General Surgery, Orthopedics, GYN robotics, Urology, Podiatry, Pulm/Bronc Lab, Gastro, Cardiac Thoracic, Structural heart
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Active AZ License
- ACLS, BLS
- Provider can not be more that 60 miles from the facilities
- Must be willing to share weeknight and weekend call
- Willing to cover at least 3 weeks per month

- Beeper 30 minute response time
