Clinical Details

• 11 ORs in Main Hospital, 2 in the Ambulatory Center
• 50 - 60 Patients Per Day
• Comprised of Ortho, Ortho Trauma, General, General Trauma, Spine, Neuro, Cath Lab, Ambulatory, and Endo
• 1 Provider is assigned to OB each day - this will not be a locum
• Practice setting: Hospital, Ambulatory Surgery Center

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
• Active AZ License or IMLC in Hand
• ACLS, PALS
• Active DEA
• Must be able to produce Case Logs
• Trauma Level 1 and 2 Experience Preferred
• COVID and Flu Vaccine Required (Medical/Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed)
• Must be comfortable with all ages
• Number of Years Experience Required: 1
