Mount Nittany Medical Center is a growing and financially stable non-profit healthcare system in State College, PA seeking for full-time, Part-time & casual (CRNA) Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists in State College, Pennsylvania the home of Penn State University.

Opportunity Details
• Hospital Employed position (Full-time, Part-time and Wage payroll opportunities)
• Shifts Available: 8,10, 12, and 16 hours
• CRNA Call: 3rd call with call ins averaging less than 1 per week

Practice Information
• Case load includes: General Surgery, Orthopedics (general and spine), Urology, Plastic Surgery, ENT, Vascular, Pain Management, OB/GYN, Ophthalmology and Health Pediatrics (No Heads or Hearts)
• 12 OR’s in Main OR, 4 OR's at a Surgery Center, 4 Endoscopy suites, and a C-section suite.
• Anesthesia Care Team model 100% of the time
• Join a vibrant group of 11 Anesthesiologists and 20 CRNAs


Incentives / Benefits
• Highly Competitive Salary Compensation based on experience starting at $224,000 up to $286,000
• Quality/Productivity Bonus $5,000 available annually Comprehensive Benefit Package includes health, dental, vision, life, disability, malpractice insurance, pension, and CME/Dues allowance
• Vacation: 6 Weeks and 8 Holidays annually
• CME: 40 hours annually
• Sign-on bonus of $20,000/2 year up to $50,000/4 year commitment available

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

1) Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
2) Board Certified, Recertified or eligible by the Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.
3) Meets the American Heart Association’s standards for Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) and renews BLS every two years.
4) Meets the American Heart Association’s standards for Healthcare Provider Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and renews ACLS every two years.
5) Meets the American Heart Association’s standards for Healthcare Provider Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and renews PALS every two years
