- Clinical Role:
- Candidates will work in a very collegial atmosphere working alongside great support staff and seasoned providers. Join us and you will also find supportive, collaborative colleagues; strong patient/provider relationships; comprehensive resources and advanced technologies
- Day shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, night shift home call: 4:00 PM - 7:00 AM, weekend 24-hour home call
- Night float available for one week at a time if interested
- Call ratio: approximately once every 4 weeks for full-time staff
- Average surgical cases per day: 10-12
- Average pain management cases: 0
- Supervision of CRNAs required, care team model, solo on call
- Trauma Level III
- 4 full-time Anesthesiologists in practice
- No responsibility for preparing the anesthesia cart
- Patient age demographic: 1 year and older
- Required procedures: General surgical cases (adult & pediatric), minor nerve blocks, IV regional anesthesia, plexus anesthesia, spinal anesthesia, epidural anesthesia, regional anesthesia, obstetrical cases
- Pain management procedures: Acute cases
- Required insertions: Central line, arterial line
- Responsible for evaluation and management of acute volume/BP issues
- EMR: Epic
