Pen Bay Medical Center is looking for a Physician to cover their Locum to Perm need starting January 3, 2025!

Schedules:
  • Schedule: Day shift 0700-1600, night shift home call 1600-0700, weekend 24 hour home call
  • Call Schedule: night float one week at a time if interested
  • Dates of Coverage: start date 01/03/2024 until permanent position is filled
Details:
  • Reason for Coverage: Staff retirement
  • Practice Setting: Community hospital with 4 ORs, 2 endo sites, OB
  • Call Ratio: on average once every 4 weeks for a full time staff
  • Documentation System/EMR: Epic
  • Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: 10-12
  • Average Number of Pain Management Cases: 0
  • Trauma Level/Designation: Level III
  • Number of Anesthesiologists in Practice: 4 FTEs
  • Locum Tenen Physician Required to Supervise CRNAs: Yes, care team model. Solo on call.
