Local Team Collaboration:

Qualifications:
- Board certified/eligible in anesthesia.
- Exceptional communication and team-building skills.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Practice in the Heart of the Community
Flexible Scheduling:
- We offer various flexible scheduling options, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
- This is a Monday – Friday position
- No call, no weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and administrative oversight for the anesthesiology team.
- Ensure compliance with departmental policies, procedures, and accreditation standards.
- Manage level I trauma patients, OB/GYN, pediatrics, neuro, orthopedic, and general.
- Stay current on advancements in anesthesia practices and lead continuing education efforts for the team.

- W2 Compensation:
- Annual salary of $560k, with an additional $20k annual stipend for the Associate Chief role
- Strong commencement bonus offered up to $100k.
