- Scheduled Clinic Hours + Call
- EMR: Cerner
- Patients Per Shift: Varies
- Beds in facility: 4
- ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS – Required
- Call Type: Beeper
- Call Response Time Required: 20 minutes
- Call Ratio: 2 weeks on/2 weeks off
- No trauma designation at this hospital
- The case mix is basically: general, endoscopy, ENT, healthy pediatrics greater than 1 year of age, gynecology, OB, orthopedics, cataracts. No hearts, heads, trauma, vascular or thoracic cases
- Call back is rare, but phone calls are more common
- Primarily 10 hour shifts. Night and weekend call. We can do 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off if we find the right fit
- We prefer to have 1 provider fill this need, instead of multiple with limited availability - this can lead to complex scheduling
