Facility in Boise, ID seeking Anesthesiology locums coverage

Rates: $325/hr, $375/hr OT

Facility is seeking 1 full-time locum Anesthesiologist to begin at the end of June/early July 2024. The provider will work at two different locations, with call duties required at one of the facilities.

Job Details:

• Start Date: End of June / Early July 2024

• OB Coverage: Required

• Regional Anesthesia: Must be comfortable with

• Scope:

  • No Cardiac, Complex Pediatrics, or Transplants

  • Must be comfortable performing own cases or supervising in a Care Team model

• Call Requirements: Required

• Credentialing: 60-90 days

Requirements:

• Board Certified: Required

• Licensure: Idaho State License or IMLC Required

• DEA/CSR: Required

• COVID-19 Vaccination: Proof required at the time of submission

• Comfort with Regional Anesthesia: Required

• Perform Own Cases/Supervising Care Team: Required

• Other Credentialing Items:

  • MD diploma

  • Internship/residency/fellowship certificates

  • All medical licenses

  • DEA

  • Life support cards (BLS)

  • Current and previous certificates of insurance

  • Driver’s license

  • Professional headshot

  • CME records for the past 2 years

  • Immunization records (TB, Flu, HepB, Tdap, Varicella, COVID)
