| Description / Comment : | Looking for full-time with at least a 3 month commitment Must be MA licensed and board certified CRNAs are medically supervised Flexible to go to both campuses Start times 7a-5p M, T, Th, F and 8a-6p W, except for administrative onboarding/orientation days which are usually only 8-hour days, and usually 4-5 days depending on what the plan is OB experience and willing to take OB calls is good but not necessary Average number of cases in OR - 3-9 Number of ORs/Endo Suites? 16 OR’s at one site, 13 OR’s at other with NORA sites. 2 Endo suites in ENDO at one of the facilities, one at the other facility If they are interested we also have 2 others as Endo sites if interested. Number of MDs working? Daily 12-13 MD’s at one site, 8-9 MD’s at other site not including the acute pain attendings. Number of CRNAs working? 8-12 Vaccination requirements, are exemptions allowed? Proof of vaccination or declination is requested by facility |
