- Active GA License or IMLC in Hand
- ACLS, BLS
- Required: General Anesthesia, Trauma, Spinal Anesthesia, Epidural Anesthesia, Regional Anesthesia Surgery, Neurological Cases, Complex Vascular Cases (except open heart), Complex Orthopedic Cases, Pain Management Techniques, Post-Op Epidural, Post-Op Extremity Blocks, Epidural Steroid for Lumbar, Epidural Steroid for Cervical, Transforaminal Lumbar and Cervical, Use of X-ray guidance in performance blocks, Ventilation Management, Evaluation and Management of Acute Volume/BP issues, Central Line Placement, Arterial Line Placement, PA Catheter Placement, CRNA Supervision
