1099 Locums Contract

PA or NP Orthopedic Surgery- Orthopedic Trauma Need -

Our client currently has an immediate need for an APP Orthopedic Locum who has fulltime availability. The team has been able to secure a few locums that can offer weekend or a day here or there, but their real need is fulltime. Unfortunately, due to the urgency of the need, providers must be licensed at time of presentation.

Looking for a couple candidates who have the availability (Mon-Fri) and skills to fill this need through 3/1/25 with the potential to extend. Need an APP with experience, # of traumas can vary daily, APP would be expected to round, assist in OR and respond to ED pages. There will be 2 APP's on during day, 1 at night.

Suturing, comfortable performing fracture reductions, comfortable being independent then calling Trauma or Orthopedic surgeons for backup, should have experience as an OR assist.

Day Shifts of 8-12 hours and after-hours calls. Off site with call back.
