- Location: Mission Hills, CA
- Duration:3-6 months with option to extend
- Start Date: ASAC – 90 days
- Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Alternatively, 4x10 per week (8:30 AM - 7:00 PM, with variable day off)
- Hourly Rate is Negotiable
- No call
- Adult and Child Population, Likely main focus on paneled patients, Chronic Disease Management (e.g., diabetes, blood pressure), Outpatient Primary Care (e.g., flu, colds, sickness), Handle own in-basket (emails, follow-ups)
- Board Certified in Family Medicine
- California License
- Epic
