OPPORTUNITY DETAILS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Facility and Location: Hospital near Cincinnati, OH
• Start Date: Immediate as soon as credentialed (90 days)
• Duration: 3-6 months with an option to extend
• Shifts: 10 and 12-hour shifts available
• Call: Required pager call rotation
• Practice Setting: Mix of own cases and 1:4 CRNA supervision
• Cases: General, cardiac, major vascular, ENT, ortho, podiatry, urology, ophthal, and OB
