- Practice is located 30 miles from Dayton, Ohio & 70 miles from both Indianapolis and Cincinnati.
**Position Details:**
- Full-time, permanent
- Hospital employed position
- Practice philosophy based on teamwork and equality
- Join group of 13 cardiologists and 6 Nurse practitioners
- Primary call 1:11
- Main campus includes: inpatient/mother baby unit, inpatient and outpatient surgery
- Independent contractor model (1099)
- Epic EMR
- 14 Operating rooms
- Inpatient/Outpatient ASA with opportunity
- Surgery Center
- No neurosurgery
- No CRNAs or supervision
- The practice consists of general anesthesia, OB, vascular surgery, cath lab, healthy peds, occasional NORA, and basic nerve blocks.
- 221 bed level 3 trauma center
- Hybrid compensation model with daily base rate and production component allowing for high income potential.
