Schedule – 5*12’s preferred- Will consider 4*12’s
Must be able to work 2 weeks per month, prefer full-time
CREDENTIALING REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates must do a drug screen. If anything comes up positive, it will be an automatic cancellation. No exceptions for prescriptions etc.
- All certifications must be AHA. No exceptions.
- They currently have a physician-based model which is an older model.
- They’re moving to a hybrid model which would have 1 attending to 3 CRNA’s.
- Schedule: 7a to 7p or 7p - 7a; M - F. OT okay.
- Please specify if they are willing to work some weekends and holidays.
- Cases: Bread & butter + OB,
- Epidurals, , competent in airway and regional skills, able to put in spinal block.
- EMR: EPIC
- LOA: 6 months
- Start date: ASAC
- Credentialing: 45 - 50 days
- 30d credentialing w/crisis credentialing.
- Experience: Strongly prefer candidates with 10 years of experience in a trauma setting. Will take 5+ years of experience. Need someone comfortable with change, since they’re going through a staffing model change. Someone confident, independent who can roll with the punches.

- Main OR: 21
- C-section OR: 2
- Cardiac OR: 3
- There is also a legacy OR(trauma), cath lab, EP and biplane.
- Pt. Vol: 1700 deliveries per year. Very busy OR.
- Cases: Ortho, blocks, , vascular, spine.
