- Department Description: Comprised of ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo. 1 provider is assigned to OB each day – this will not be a locum
- EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia
- Hospital Bed size: 11 ORs in main hospital. 2 in the ambulatory center
- Special Procedures: Locums do not medically direct CRNAs
- Trauma Level I Experience – Preferred
- Practice Setting:
- • Hospital
- • Ambulatory Surgery Center
- Board Certified/Board Eligible – Required
- ACLS, PALS – Required
- Active AZ License – Required or IMLC
