**CRNA Opening in Wisconsin**
* Located in Appleton, WI - Green Bay 33m; Milwaukee 107m
* Provide safe, high-quality patient care as a full-time CRNA care team.
* Practice a variety of cases including cardiac, general, OB (24-hour OB Team of CRNAs), endo, neuro, vascular, thoracic, ortho, podiatry and bariatrics.
* Physicians perform all cardiac cases on their own.
* Leadership opportunity negotiable
* CRNAs- 1:14 1st & 2nd Call (both beeper); Post Call OFF after 1st call; on call with MD who is in-house
* 1:10 beeper call
* Excellent compensation starting at $280,000 plus signing incentive
* 7 weeks PTO
