Start Date: December 2024 or as soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 months, ongoing
Shift Details:
- Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Call every other day from 3:00 PM - 7:00 AM (weeknight and weekend call optional)
Schedule:
- 7-14 days of coverage needed per month
- Work alongside one other anesthesiologist
Work Details:
- Patient Population/Age: Majority adult patients
- EMR: Medaxion
- Practice Setting: Hospital (majority general, orthopedic, and GI cases, some neuro and podiatry)
- No hearts, heads, or sick pediatrics
- Pediatric cases limited to patients 12 years and older for orthopedic procedures
- MDs primarily take on cases during call in the evenings or weekends
Requirements:
- Board Certification: Required (or scheduled exam date)
- License: Active TX license (IMLC not accepted)
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
