Requirements:

• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible within 3 years of Residency
• Active IA License or IMLC
• ACLS
• Provider must be willing/able to work inpatient
• ERCP
• EUS – highly preferred
• COVID Vaccine
• Clean Malpractice/Background – Strongly Preferred
