Reason for coverage – emergency medical leave with fewer staff then usual

DESCRIPTION:

· Inpatient / Outpatient

· Coverage: March 1st – 31st, Monday – Friday 6:30am – 2:30pm

· Cases: General, Ortho, Urology, Spine, GYN, Breast, Podiatry, Plastic Cases (NO hearts, heads, peds, GI, or OB)

· Patients per day: TBD

· EMR: Cerner

REQUIRED:

· Active AZ License

· Board Eligible or Certified

· DEA

· Must be able to perform general and spine anesthesia for above specialties to include arterial line placement and basic regional blocks to include interscalene and adductor canal

COMPENSATION:

· Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)

· Malpractice insurance provided
