Highlights of the Full-time W-2 Anesthesiologist Opportunity
**Anesthesia Care Team**:
- Composed of 3 MDAs and 8 CRNAs when fully staffed
**CRNA Practice**:
- CRNAs practice independently; MDAs do not medically supervise
- Call is back-up call; CRNAs take first call
**Compensation**:
- Weekly rate: $13,095 ($2,619/day), including 1:3 backup call
- Additional 5% quality incentive based on annual compensation
- Potential $28,809 annual quality incentive if all measures are met
- Additional compensation for extra call or days worked
- Medical Director duties: $214.25/hour, up to $65,000/year
- Signing bonus: $60,000
- Relocation: $20,000
- Student loan repayment: Up to $120,000 with a 4-year forgiveness

**Types of Cases**:
- Varied cases: trauma, general, vascular, OB, joints, endoscopy, and pacemakers
- Approximately 550 births annually (must be comfortable with epidurals)
- 3800 surgeries annually
- Neurosurgery, but no open hearts
**New Graduates**:
- Open to speaking with doctors completing their residency

- Base: $576,180 (includes 1:3 backup call)
