Location: Coastal NC (Inquire for specific hospital location)
Duration: August – December w/ option to extend ongoing
Reason for coverage: Vacancy in department
Schedule: 1-4 weeks/month
Shifts: 7a-3p + rotating call
Call: Yes, rotating weeknight and 24 hr weekend call. MD/DO on call has support staff (CRNA) during the day (Mon-Fr) ONLY
Patient volume: 15 cases total in the OR between 3-4 rooms
Scope: General Anesthesia, will supervise CRNAs. 4 ORs +OB. Weeknight call callback ~1, weekend call ~2 callbacks
EMR: EPIC
Hospital:
Group/support: 3 MDs/3CRNAs
Requirements (boards, license): Board Certified, Active NC license
