• Supervision: Optional
• Procedures per day: Varies depending on the department
• Main Procedures: Bread and Butter, Orthopedic, Minimal OB, Minimal Spine, Very low consensus on Brain and Heart

Practice Setting: Hospital

• Board Certification: BC/BE (Board Certified/Board Eligible)
• License: Active Illinois (IL) license required

Credentialing Timeframe: 4 weeks
